Our Staff
Our staff is made up of only highly trained, experienced audiologists and clinicians. All of our audiologists are licensed professionals and come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences which we share to better serve you. We continue our education to remain current in our profession. staff is not only well qualified, they are interested in providing comprehensive and caring services to our patients. Lynda MartinM.S. F-AAA
Lynda Martin, our Director, has over 30 years experience as an audiologist. She received a Master's degree from Ithaca College and has worked in clinics and hospitals. She was director of Audiology at Hahnemann Rehabilitation Center.
She taught at both Ithaca and Elmira Colleges and worked as a marketing and training manager in the hearing aid industry for over thirteen years.
Our goal is to provide our patients the best possible hearing care, based upon their individual needs. We provide a comprehensive array of services related to prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of hearing impairment
Heidi LeFrancoisM.A. CCC-A
Heidi LeFrancois was a student with us prior to her graduation from Northeastern University in 1997. She went on to work in a large medical/audiological practice in Pittsburg PA.
Upon returning home from PA to start a family she rejoined our practice 3 years ago and works part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Worcester office.
Allison WeissAuD.
Allison is our newest team member. She comes to us from the Cleveland Clinic in Florida, where she worked with a large medical staff.
She performs Central Auditory Processing evaluations, as well as provides hearing evaluations.
Donna GagnonPractice Manager
Donna recently joined our practice in 2004. She is responsible for ensuring that our patients are receiving the best possible care. She oversees all three of our locations.
She has over 15 years experience managing large office groups. She feels that Customer Satisfaction is first and foremost to the success of any business.
