Our Staff

Lynda Martin, M.S, F-AAA, is our Director. She has over 35 years experience as an audiologist. She received a Master's degree from Ithaca College and has worked in several clinics and hospitals and taught at both Ithaca and Elmira Colleges. She is past director of Audiology at Hahnemann Rehabilitation Center, now Peak Rehab.

Lynda also worked as a marketing manager and trainer for three major hearing aid companies over a thirteen year period. She began private practice in 1986 in Framingham which has grown to three offices.

Heidi LeFrancois, M.A.CCC-A  was a student with us prior to her graduation from Northeastern University in 1997. She chose to further broaden her audiology experience in a large medical/audiological practice in Pittsburg, PA where she was an audiologist for several years.

Upon returning home from PA to start a family, Heidi worked for several more years in a busy ENT Practice in Fall River, MA. 

Heidi rejoined our practice 5 years ago and we were thrilled to have her back with us. She works everyday except Wednesday in our Worcester office. Heidi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and stong commitment to excellent patient care.

Allison Weiss Au.D. joined our praactice in nearly three years ago. She hails from Florida where she worked in a large medical center,  The Cleveland Clinic of Florida

She interned at the Shand Tinnitus Clinic and has  expertise in many areas of Audiology.
She performs Central Auditory Processing evaluations, provides hearing and tinnitus evaluations as well as hearing aid services. She is an astute clinician and problem solver.

Dr. Weiss is a great asset to our practice and works between our Framingham and Marlboro offices.

Kathryn Englehardt, Au.D, is the most newest addition to our audiology staff. Dr. Katie hails from Iowa where she most recently worked at the University of Iowa Hospital. There she worked in Audiology diagnostics, the Hearing Aid Center and on the Adult Cochlear Implant Team. She was the Alexander Graham Bell Cochlear Implant Fellow.

Dr. Englehardt very much enjoys working with children as well as adults and looks forward to growing our pediatric patient group. She has a kind and gentle manner and is wonderful addition as a fellow professional and  colleague.

Donna Gagnon joined our practice in 2004. She is responsible for ensuring that our patients are receive the best possible care. Donna oversees much of the administration and financial side of our practice in all three of our locations.

Donna has over 15 years experience managing large office groups and feels that Customer Satisfaction is first and foremost to the success of our business. She keeps the offices running amoothly.
